Every year, my husband has a physical at work. Every year his blood pressure was higher, as well as his cholesterol. He doesn't take much in the way of supplements. It was over a year ago that I started cooking with coconut oil. I use it instead of oil in my baked goods. Most of my baked goods are from scrach and I fry some things in it, use it on top of fish when baking. I quit using canola oil for the high temperature stuff I fry and now use corn oil for that. These are the only changes I have made. This year his blood pressure was down and so was his cholesterol. What about that?
