I've seen this talked about here so I thought this would be a good place to ask this question.
I just came accross a post in the Candida Forum talking about using Cream of Tartar to fight Candida.
What do you guys know about Cream of Tartar beside the fact that it's Potassium bitartrate and a byproduct of wine making? Is it safe to take one to two tablespoons of this daily? Would someone need to take extra salt to balance the Potassium?
