For a few years now i couldn't drink cows milk. After just 1 cup i would blow up like a balloon, get gas & diarrhea. Then a few months ago i started using a Lactase supplement along with the milk and that really helped to digest the milk without any problems. But last week i started drinking goat milk, and it doesn't give me ANY digestion problems. I don't even need the lactase for it! 1 cup doesn't give me ANY problems, but if i take 2 cups at once i'll start getting gas (maybe the lactase would help, but i haven't tried yet). I just stick to 1 cup at a time. The company that makes it is called "Meyenberg", and i use the powdered form. So if you're lactose intolerant, try the above suggestions.
