Workout. Lose Weight. Get Better Muscle Tone. BUT ....
That loose skin. I read one article that states its just a matter of losing MORE weight.
I see these infomercials with before and after pictures - from flab to "skin tight" in a few months - I just don't see how that is possible.
And, I don't see a thread, here, addressing that. So, please post what you know.
