Hi, my naturopath recommended whole plain yogurt as being okay to eat. I found one I like but just realized it has 6 grm
Sugar & the other I have is 15 grams!
Can anyone recommend an alternative?
I am also taking very strong probiotic as well to get the acidopholus/bifidus. But I am running out of things to eat so I want to include yogurt. I am allowed to put a few berries on it, lol.
