Hey, it's ALOT of info! I have to go back to work :-( so for awhile you won't see me around as much.
Most of the first part of the book is about the BIG
Conspiracy of dentists and their need to pay off their school loans, then their need to pay for their big houses......How's that for a book report to begin??
The one thing that really struck me was how it's been drummed into our heads..."every 6 months, see your dentist".....How long have we heard that? For years and years. A big marketing campaign driven by the ADA, and how seeing your dentist every 6 months is totally unnecessary. But it keeps the dollars rolling in for the dentist, so they love a returning patient. And what do they do every six months? Scrape your teeth, dentist comes in, gives a look see, possibly takes an xray, and then out you go with the bill in your hand...or, he asks for a follow up in a week or two to perform a very expensive procedure. That's another visit, another bill.....then there could be a followup...
The book was written about a dentist, Dr. Bob Nara, who has figured out that diet and certain self dental maintenance will allow you to keep your teeth for the rest of your life. He said that, no matter what economic status, people that go to see their dentists every 6 months, on average, have many less teeth than those that don't. So, he began Oramedics International.
What I am reading now is that the total health of the mouth can be taken with a simple litmus test strip, that will tell you everything you need to know about any diseases that may be building up in your mouth. His practice was based on this N.P.I. test, (a salvia test for "biological balance"). He said that the PH of your mouth is key. And that testing your mouth for PH will tell you all you need to know.
Dr. Nara says that absolutely you can re-mineralize your teeth, and absolutely you can make your gums healthier.
So far, I'm totally convinced. I just haven't gotten to the nitty gritty yet.
I'd have to say to my fellow Oil Pullers, the e-books (there are quite a few they give you) is $19.95, and well worth the money. Thanks to Nettie for posting this!!

I'd say this guy is what Curezone is all about. He's a rebel, and a whistle blower, and convinced you can cure yourself. And he is outraged at the system. The book has a lot of biology in it, and a lot of ranting about the ADA....you would all love it.
I was never good at the biology stuff, so I am afraid that I would not do the book justice in a report written by me.
Am I grounded?
