Hi Doc,
I plan on doing my first Coke flush once the weekend is out the way. However, I don't have any Ultra Phos (nor do I have any money to get some), only ES at hand. Would you advise doing the flush with or without the use of ES? I have the OO, Lemon juice, Coke and Apple Cider Vinegar.

This is a reply to # 1,106,873Do NOT do the coke flush without the ultraphos. No ultraphos = no coke flush. It's important. The ES won't substitute.

Did you follow the Hulda Clark protocol, in terms of eating a no fat breakfast/lunch and using ES or did you do without?

I do the no fat on the day of the flush and the Epsom salt.
I also have apple juice for a couple days prior to the flush.
And getting down that pint of olive oil with the coke really does the trick.
I also do a salt water flush in the morning once things start moving. That gets things cleaned out quickly.

This is a reply to # 1,107,078Might get something caught in the Common Bile Duct.
The ultraphos relaxes the Common Bile Duct, makes it pliable.
I've seen other flushes where stones did indeed get caught and it's not nice. Very painful. It is literally a gall bladder attack.
Obviously it's not mandatory. I've done "emergency" flushed without the AJ or ultraphos but I don't advise it.
My wife had a gall bladder attack before she ever did a flush and I can assure you you don't want to have one.
So you may get away with it but again please don't do a flush without the ultraphos. In an emergency - fine. But you're playing with fire without it.

This is a reply to # 1,107,221I usually drink some apple juice for a couple days before the flush.
Should eliminate the need for the ultra-phos, but the ultra-phos is a nice addition.
I did many straight Hulda Clark flushes with no problem whatsoever. That has no apple juice or ultra-phos.
Doc, are you trying to scare us?
Just haven't heard much of anyone having this trouble.

This is a reply to # 1,107,259Thank you both. I will go ahead, as planned, and complete the Coke/ES flush tomorrow. I've been drinking plenty of Apple Cider Vinegar in preparation, so will just see how it goes ;)

This is a reply to # 1,107,259.. magnesium sulphate (Epsom Salts) relaxes/widens the liver ducts in the case of the hulda clark flush..
since the coke flush doesnt use epsom salts, ultra phos is needed to perform this widening/relaxation action..- Success Chasing_Rainbows

This is a reply to # 1,107,585I finally managed to get the OO/Coke/Lemon juice mixture down (ran out of straws, so found it a lot harder to stomach this time lol). Left out the 2nd dose of ES because I was too tired and just wanted to take the oil mixture and head off to bed.
Woke up feeling nauseous and with a killer of a sore throat. Did a SWF, nothing happened. Few hours later took dose of ES, again, nothing happened. Decided to take a little bit of OO/Coke and that's when things really started moving.....bright green stones, some the size of marbles!!
*Note to self* Stock up on straws for next time ;)
