Well, the dream is back again..only it keeps developing and I continue to see her face in the dream. Well, last night I had it again (you can scroll down for the details of the original dream...same thread name)....anyway, this is what happened:
I'm at a party and she shows up but, by herself even though that boyfriend was there too. So, I try to avoid her and then she spots me....she walks up to me takes me aside and we go to a quiet corner of the room and I"m against the wall and she's right in front of me...I then ask her "shouldn't you be with the person that you love," and I nod in the direction of that guy who is in the livingroom where the rest of the people were...her hand is grasping my shirt and she says "I believe that I am" and then pulls me toward her and kisses me and the dream ends..again, I see her face...
Just to describe the area where she took me...picture an appartment hallway, and then at the end of the hallway is the livingroom..only, the hallway is small and you can see the entire living room area...

Looked at your dream a few times.
First time it just reminded me of one of my own.
Felt like I had to get over that before I could give
any kind of decent reply.
In this dream you are at a party. That is a social gathering.
Supposed to be fun. This woman is there and so is a man
whom you believe she is attracted to. Perhaps you assume
they came there together. Was she in his company?
Holding his hand, or hanging onto him in any way?
By avoiding her, you were giving her space.
When she saw you she came over and took you to a quiet corner.
With your back against the wall, (no where else to go) you confront her.
This, (I believe) is the main theme of the dream.
You want to know where her loyalties lie.
If she is truly committed to you.
The dream shows you the response that you desire. (?)
In your last post you both kiss with the feeling/belief
that this is the relationship you both have been waiting for.
In this dream you seem to be questioning that.
Are you sure it's me that you want?

Hye Margie! Thanks for the reply! Interesting analysis and I agree with it.
First from what I remember...they did not come together nor were they together the entire night. So, they weren't holding hands or near each other the entire time. One thing about the hallway, it was a typical appartment entrance way, the lighting wasn't bright and you can see the entire livingroom yet, you'd have trouble seeing the hallway from the livingroom because of the lighting.
Now, I think the part where you mentioned I was questioning this whole thing compared to the last one and I'd gather that just could be that inner me with the low self esteem wondering if I'm really good enough for this particular person. Then seeing that other person that could be symbolic of the obstacles that are in my way...I think what I was looking for was that affirmation that I was "good enough" and I got it....
