i made my pull pack a whallop today. i got a good sweat going outside with an elevated heart rate. then i came in and downed two tall glasses of water and a teaspoon of
Sea Salt . five minutes later i was pulling and back outside sweating. that pull got big, got extra super thick, and when it finally thinned out and i spit it out, i felt like i had drained every lymph node in my upper body. a super pull, even though my diet has been good, it acted like i had drained a cow in the past 24 hours.
