NLP is essentially a "communication bridge" between our conscious and subconscious mind. Why do people think/believe that cannot achieve something ? It is because this thought is stored away somewhere inside the subconscious mind (mind operating within the parameters of quantumn potential) and is repeating over and over like a record player constantly reminding you of how bad you are and inhibiting your potential, and essentially creating the person. NLP provides an understandable language with which to reprogram your mind with positive thoughts.
