day 10!!!

wow, i made it here already! after a few days of no change in weight i was feeling kinda "blah" about it all--just doing what i was supposed to...bored with it all. but, day 10! that is great...and i still feel fine.

it is now coming down to the decision on how long this is going to continue. earlier i was going to end this friday because i have a gig at a local bar and figured that i might go out to dinner before--or at least have a good meal (healthier...)...but i think that i am just going to push through it. i haven't made it yet to my goal weight and when thinking back, it is SO much easier now that it was to start so i might as well continue. yup, might as well...
