Today was a fabulous day!
Clarity in vision is a good thing...
Date: 2/5/2008 12:13:22 AM ( 16 y ) ... viewed 2587 times I had a reflexology appointment today and that went well. She called me this evening to make me aware of how well it worked for her!
Then, at work, I was just in great spirits. It even got better when I had a couple bms...LOL. Actually, that is true in that after I used the bathroom, I seemed to become more clear. My energy seemed higher and my vision just appeared to be crisper, in some way.
I told a couple people at work, today, that I was doing a fast and that it was for health reasons. One thought I had lost my mind, the other asked more about it. I referred her to CureZone, as well as giving her my thoughts on it.
I got my foot detox pads in the mail today. I thought that was very cool. I ordered them on Friday and thought by Thursday I would get them. I am in Michigan and they were in California. Well, I was thinking Saturday and Sunday, how nice it would be to get them sooner than Thursday, even Tuesday would be great. The sooner I received them, the sooner I could experience them. Well, thank you Universe, I received them today! When I get done, with this blog entry, I am going to put them on.
I was a little 'hungry' today, as I added juice into the mix. Seems like when I just had the water, the 'hunger' abated sooner than adding juice back in. I inform myself that there is plenty there to choose from. I am not starving and to quit!...LOL I had drank prune juice...20 oz...and 2 liters of water. So it was more than I had drank all weekend, well except yesterday. I forgot, last night, after I had that little binge, I did make a strawberry and watermelon and water 'smoothie'.
I was not going to weigh myself, until 2 weeks in yet I did. I have released 8 pounds since Friday. I could not believe it, I got on the scale twice...LOL!
Well, if you can't tell, from all the laughing, my day went very well. I am intending and focusing on good and cleaning. I have done both today...cleansed myself, and a little around the house.
