I have just had my first colonic, the therapist was very gentle and used warm water, i found the colonic ok. however this is the 3rd day after and my tummy feels very irritable, i normally suffer from IBS with stomach cramps and this seems to be worse now, is this normal for some people, i also experienced fatigue the day after. I want to have another one but am unsure wether its going to make me worse or not ,any advice is much appreciated.

MoreThis is a reply to # 1,102,368Did the therapist give you Probiotics? If not, that could be your problem.
I always need one after any type of clean out, be it enemas, colonic, or senna tea.
If you aren't familiar with them Probiotics are live acidophilus cells contained in yogurt. They come in powder or capsule form. You only need one.
