I have had high blood pressure for many years now and have been on various prescription meds for it for years also. I just started my own
Miracle-Mineral-Supplement journey on Thursday night at 1 drop of
Miracle-Mineral-Supplement with the
citric acid activator and water. Today is Sunday and I have already ramped up to 7 drops of
Miracle-Mineral-Supplement with
citric acid activator and I switched over to Nature's Promise Pomegranate juice after getting up to 6 drops, cause the taste with water was pretty bad. This morning I checked my blood pressure with my home Lumiscope blood pressure monitor cuff and it was 108/74, with a pulse rate of 77!!! Normal range! I have NEVER tested in the normal range even WITH the help of the blood pressure meds. So I didn't take my normal med (Benicar) this morning. MMS has done for me in 3 days what the prescription meds haven't been able to do for me in 7 years! I haven't yet felt nauseous on the MMS to this point, when I first started with the MMS i only had 1 bout of diareaa. After that none until today, when I reached 7 drops, I had 1 normal BM then 2 bouts of diareaa. Yesterday I took 6 drops of activated MMS 3 x, and was fine. When I initially started on the MMS I felt a slight stomach ache, but ever so slight. That was gone after that first day. I am carefully monitoring my progress with my blood pressure and hours later from that first reading it was 103/77 with a pulse rate of 77. Honestly, I can't believe my blood pressure has gone that low, over the weekend, basically, as I only had 1 dose of MMS on Thursday night, after my supplies arrived. I can't wait to see what other health benefits I might see. I also have to report that with the first dose of MMS that I took, within minutes I felt like my breathing was deeper, and I suddenly became aware of my breathing all the way to my diaphram. I was reading the
CureZone Forums when this happened, so I wasn't even thinking about my breathing, but suddenly became very aware that I was breathing deeper. I felt like I was getting more oxygen deeper into my lungs, it was an amazing feeling. I also feel much more relaxed, and I have been sleeping deeper and much better also. Usually I need the help of Tylenol PM to sleep well. All in all, it has been a very positive experience for me so far. I will keep updating as I feel differently, for better or worse.
