JONESBORO--Arkansas governor Mike Huckabee is writing another book, but this book has nothing to do with politics and winning, and everything to do with losing.
"This is one area that I'm really happy to be a loser," said Huckabee.
Huckabee is a loser when in comes to shedding pounds. Since June of last year the governor has lost 105 pounds. He says that loss puts his weight at, "just about right. I don't mean to be coy, but I try to tell people it's not how much you weigh. You should worry about the other markers. Weight is just one element."
With that advice in hand, Governor Huckbee is writing a book about his weight loss experience hoping to help others change their bad habits.
"The issue to me is not so much weight as it was a lifetime of bad habits," said Huckabee. "Having to unlearn the bad behavior so I could learn the good behavior was the real work."
The governor has kept a journal of his journey through weight loss and says his book won't divulge any secrets.
"It's not so much that it's a secret, but I have learned some things and if what I've been through this can help somebody else, I feel like I'm one begger telling another begger where to find bread," said Huckabee.
Whether bread will be a part of the governor's weight loss plan remains to be seen, we'll just have to wait for the book to be released, probably next spring.

This is a reply to # 1,100,145Ewww lol, but I defend your right to drink it if you like.
It would be interesting to see what kind of labels would have to go on this type of milk. Perhaps a list of different bacterias (E.coli, salmonella,listeria) found in each batch? Would that make people too nervous to buy it? I just don't know but I know the government would not want to be held responsible if a few people started getting sick.
I would think just like the human bladder, urine is suppose to be sterile. Milk should be sterile also but just like when someone gets a bladder infection, bacteria does get into the milk, plus whatever outside contamination.
Perhaps Ron Paul will have a chance to show us what a great health advocate his is. :)Advertisement

MoreThis is a reply to # 1,100,162I don't drink milk, but if I did I'd probably want to drink raw organic pastured milk. I agree with Weston A. Price when it comes to dairy. I certainly defend people's rights to drink it if they want! What's next, pasteurized human breast milk for babies? I don't have a problem with "warning" labels, the people in the know will drink it anyway.

The biggest difference between McAmnestia and Mitt is immigration if you believe what Mitt says these days. He should be running on this issue and hammering this difference to the voters. McAnmenstia is running on the Democrats position and even Ann Coulter says she would vote for Hillbilly against McAmenstia.
Of course the odds that he would actually do anything about the 30 million illegals is near zero.
