Yes, all you need is one tiny drop of tea tree oil...
For my first 5 flushes I dutifully used extra virgin olive oil, but soon my body wanted nothing to do with it, talking about gag reflex....
Then I felt more confident and experimented, found almond oil to be most pleasant! Also walnut oil, as long as you get it fresh; I also used 1/3 - 1/2 of grapefruit juice instead of using only lemon juice with the oil. Have an ounce of your favorite juice ready to immediately down it after the flush mix, (gets the taste of oil out of the throat)and a mouth rinse with baking soda. Flush results were just as good!
