I've been oil pulling for about 2 weeks now and just wanted to share an experience I had recently. One night last week I went to bed with a canker sore on my tongue (due to eating stuff I shouldn't). It was still there when I woke up and quite painful. I pulled as usual and, no kidding, the sore was GONE! Completely vanished, along with the pain. I was amazed, to say the least.
