Well, if I read this board correctly, it is different with each individual and is not the same from week to week. I've worked up to 15 drops once a day - for about 5 days in a row now, with a little nausea and D the first day and nothing since then. No reaction of any kind the past 4 days. Yet early in taking MMS at the 4 and 5 drop level, even 10 drops, I had the runs. Don't know what has changed.
All that I have to say is to begin slowly and increase slowly until you have problems and then back off a little until they don't show any more, and stay at that level for a few days and then continue on up to a maximum.
The main thing that I was after was arthritis in my hands. That has not improved. I can't really see any other "improvements" though I have noticed a reduction in plaque and calluses coming off my feet. I'm in my mid seventies so there's several things that could improve - and just playing along to see what else happens.
