I am a B blood type and generally keep to the diet pretty well. I am also interested in maximizing my use of raw foods, which my Spiritual Master recommends as supporting the spiritual process.
In Eat Right 4 Your Type, sprouts are listed as "Avoid" for Bs. But sprouted seeds are contained in Ezekial Bread which is highly recommended. I suspect that the term "sprouts" may refer only to some kinds of sprouts, the most common ones that you get in supermarkets, but not all sprouted grains and seeds.
Does anyone have any further information about the B response to other kinds of sprouted seeds? OR HOW I CAN FIND OUT? Sprouted sunflower seeds, sprouted whole wheat, sprouted lentils, sprouted garbanzos -- all of these are foods that I would like to incorporate into my diet. But I want to know their suitability, because I itch when I eat many foods that are not on the diet.
