You now need "B" Vitamins that work. Not the hard pills you buy in the health food store and especially not at your local drug store. Those are useless and your yellow urine will be a strong indication of what happens to it in your body. Purchase the Max Stress "B" vitamins from the company listed above. This is a living source and comes in the "end chain" form that is highly assimilable. Start with 1/4 teaspoon and build up to 2 teaspoons per day over a 10 day period.
Now you need to make sure your food is getting digested. I would purchase Betaine HCL, take lemon/water plus a digestive enzyme from the same company.
