I'm not sure what's in the tea - she justs makes it up in a little baggie. I know it has spearmint in it though. The homeopathic drops are Unda 49 - but she adds another ingredient in it which aids the skin.
As far as diet, I'm eliminating beef, pork, tomatoes, corn, potatoes, sugar, alcohol, citrus fruits and white products (rice, flour, pasta), processed foods and all dairy products. I've been advised to also take 2 tsps of rice vinegar daily, eat tons of vegetables and drink at least 64
oz of water.
To do a castor oil pack, saturate a 1 ft x 1 ft piece of flannel with cold pressed castor oil. Place on abdomen, wrap with plastic wrap and tensor bandage. Apply heat pack for 30 minutes. If you do a google search on "castor oil pack", there's a ton of info on the net about this, including the fact that they aid in treating sebaceous cysts.
I've been alternating hot and cold washcloths (3 min hot, 30 seconds cold 3x) and then rubbing castor oil right in the cyst.
After my shower, I do a cold water rinse (which I hate!) and then do dry brushing on my entire body. I'm supposed to keep this up daily for at least a month. It's only been 3 days so far and, I'll tell you, this takes major dedication, especially with a 6 month old baby! But I'm doing it.....I'll do anything to avoid surgery. I just hope it works........
This advice is coming from a naturopath who has helped me dramatically in the past. It cost me $150 to get this advice.....I'm passing it on to you in hopes that it will help you to.
