Oh my, I am so sorry you have this problem. I cannot imagine the pain of having constant bad breath (halitosis). I used to hate my bad breath in the morning, which is why I brush my teeth right before bed and wake up smelling ok. I went on a blind date, the guy was awesome, great personality, handsome and all but the bummer was that his breath was really, really bad :( It caught me by surprise. I could not stand it. He wanted to kiss me but I really did not want to. Anyhow, we became very close in spite of of his breath. I tried not to judge him about his lack of hygiene, so I thought but realized it had nothing to do with hygiene b/c he brushed his teeth so it was not his fault. One day I questioned him about his breath and he told me he had a disease. Honestly, I did not know that existed. I was so naive because I thought all you had to do was brush your teeth, floss and you'll be fine. Well, I was wrong! His body never smelled, just his breath. I advised him to use Hydrogen Peroxide (full bottle mixed with water---50/50) each time he brushed his teeth, gargle it for a min. I noticed after weeks of him doing this his teeth were brighter; his mouth did no longer smell. Wow, was he satisfied and so was I. I hope I didn’t come off as being rude or offensive. That was not my intentions. I’ve just never had that problem but I wish you the best of luck. I would advise you to use Hydrogen Peroxide as a mouth wash, gargle every day. Good luck sweetie and thanks for sharing your story.
