I have been on this
Blood Type Diet for over 5 years now.
I actually started this diet during the time I was trying to get pregnant.
After three sessions of "colon hydrotherapy" our first attempt, we got prego. I also did not go full force into this diet, but did transfer over little by little. I used to each chicken almost EVERY day !!! I could not get enough of it. when I found out I shouldn't eat it, I thought that there is no way I can live without it or Pork. I rememeber going to Scholtzky's one time and had a sandwich that I normally eat that was pork... I took the second bite and literally coulnd't swallow it. the thought of finishing 'that' bite, made me sick to my stomach. there are lots and lots of replacement items out there and you just have to find them. I order pizza now with NO tomato sauce, I get two beef toppings and when I get it home, I just cut up some "turkey Pepperoni" and heat it up, throw it on top of the pizza and eat it up... we eat Rudy's spelt bread, which is really really yummy. I am B+ and can have dairy. my husband is 0+ and cannot. Funny thing is after we were on this diet for a year and getting bad slack from everyone - his mom turns to him and says. "well when you were a baby, I had to put you on soy milk, because you couldn't tolerate the milk" HELLO, people... my husband would drink dairy and eat cheese and afterwords would always have issues in the potty room. his Dr. diagnosed him with IBS (what a freakin' cop out) so after we both did the colon cleansing that issue was cleared up IMMEDIATELY !!!!!.. My son is also on the
Blood Type Diet and he is 4.5 years old and I can honestly say that my child has never had diahrea except when someone gave him peanut butter cookies or when the school accidentally gave him black beans. I'm also 9 months pregnant right now and plan on finding out my new child's blood type and keeping him on the foods he can have when it is time for him to eat baby food. We did it with the first and plan on continuing this for a life time.
I can honestly say that after being on this diet for 5 years now, we have gone through that initial phase and can now know what foods we can tolerate a little better than others... I encourage lots of people to try this as it is not a "diet" it is a lifestyle. If you have a whole foods around you - it makes life a little easier to find the foods - we certainly go to Target and shop there too as you just have to tell yourself it will work.
Also I have not had to use my alarm clock in over 4 years now. I also lost 30
pounds and have kept it off. after being pregnant I was only 5
pounds heavier when I became pregnant than when I finished my colon cleansing... I was 121 and pre pregnancy of this one I was only 126 pounds.
I highly recommend this and you may ask me anything you like, as I love this lifestyle and now wouldn't change it for the world !!!
