Nothing, NOthing is simple in this life. If only one pill, or ONE treatment could cover all things. . . but that just isn't our nature.
The experts say that in order to get to the core of any DIS-EASE or syndrome, is like peeling an onion - finding the cause of and curing the symptoms - to finally cure the malady.
Zapping is one VERY important treatment IMO. Also, IMO certain herbs and supplements. Our food consumption [We are WHAT WE EAT] is making more and more sense to me.
A good friend introduced me to the "Eat Right 4 your Type" publication. I went to the local library and checked out the "Eat Right For [4] Your Type Complete Blood Type Encyclopedia" publication. I also checked out the audio tapes of the original book and listened to them very carefully several times.
My husband and I went on the diet. We FEEL better, our energy levels and sleeping is unbelievably better after only 2 weeks on the diet. It isn't easy eg, I learned that CHICKEN and CORN and TOMATOES, CRAB [ALL SHELLFISH, even ORANGE and ORANGE JUICE are poison for my blood type [B]. What a surprise! I carefully purchased organic and free-range poultry for years. Just about all commercially produced foods contain CORN PRODUCTS!
Therefore, we are eating more natural foods. It is wonderful to grocery shop with knowledge, or at least a manual, of what foods to buy. I was taught that a wide variety of foods is necessary for good health. Well, our variety has been cut dramatically and we are feeling BETTER!
My husband must avoid WHEAT and POTATOES. Type O. All grains exept oat. He can use RICE flour. Giving up bread is a major test for him and me because I am still trying to make a successful rice bisquit. He needs a lot of red meat and dark green leafy vegetables because the O type tends to have thin blood.
The authors of the book[s] are completing a ten years test on cancer patients. I know that it is promising for these patients, but have not seen the published results of the test.
Now, I know why the tomatoe-juice-gallbladder-cleanse made me so sick. I cannot tolerate the tomatoe. DUH!
