LIH --
It took several flushes before I had anything worth mentioning come out of the liver flush (and then I stopped and decided to wait until after I had done Humaworm). I do think it's worth finishing the parasite cleanse first, and then trying it for a certain amount of times before making a final judgment. My good friend down in Slidell, LA says his didn't even "get started" until #10 or #15 and he has done a couple hundred by now and gotten out thousands of stones (I know this because he used to store them in my freezer!). My husband was so annoyed when I started doing it and complaining about not getting stones that he tried, and got stones on his first flush -- I really think we are all different, and if you go to Liver Flush and read lots of posts about how many stones are coming out of people like I did, you may just get sore that you are not having the same experience. I felt better when I just started having my own experience and not comparing to anyone else's.
That said, I also am a big fan of the CE although I know a lot of people are not at a point where the enema process is for them. BUT, if you are doing the standard LF, having the equipment to do a plain-water enema is a good thing to keep on hand as toxins can make you very unhappy/depressed/angry/etc. and post-flush, a plain-water enema is helpful in getting that stuff *out*.
You'll be fine when you get your sea legs around here, and begin trust the process. Some of this stuff takes time and repetition, and we are all used to feeling better fast without much effort because of our pill-based health system in this country. But these protocols and therapies often require some patience, and fortunately the longer you stick around the more of that you tend to acquire.
Best,
Laura
