My gums have been bleeding,every time i brush my teeth,since i had them cleaned two months ago.After four days of three times a day Oil Pulling all traces of blood are gone.A great reduction of bleeding happened after the first day.I havn't noticed any other benefits yet,except that i feel very peaceful and calm.Of course that could be attributed to all the Magnesium Water i have been drinking lately.- Re: This is Amazing jasper jonns

This is a reply to # 108,473Hey I noticed the calm thing too. The two main changes I've made in the past few weeks are Sitzing and oil pulling. I feel very serene. Interesting.

MoreThis is a reply to # 108,473Isn't it?! I think my dandruff is completely gone. and I had it bad! All my life since I was a kid. My teeth are getting whiter too. I've always had yellow teeth too, even as a kid. I'd say that are a sort of cream color now but definately whiter. And to think people spend hundreds of dollars getting their teeth whitened.
I've been swishing for a little over 3 weeks.
I haven't noticed serinity though.

This is a reply to # 108,473the relief from the stress of the toxins being removed is definitely calming. felt it the from very first time i tried it. it is not your imagination.
