Seems this info was posted last year.... anyone use cream of tartar and found it to work??? See bottom update on WONG's article. Very interesting... but how does one get large quantities of cream of tartar???

MoreThis is a reply to # 1,083,828Thanks for the reminder. Haven't tried it. The article says it is a great alkalinizer too. That is very nice and worth the try. 2 tablespoons a day seems like a lot. If it is in the grocery store, I hope they have large packages.

This is a reply to # 1,083,828Also - I would check any grocery store that sells flours, fruits, etc. out of bulk bins. They probably have jars of cream of tarter that you can scoop out what you need/buy bulk.
