Anyone have a cure for kidney stones. I know watermellon tea is good and so is Celery seed tea, but any other immediate suggestions. Also is a hot pad good to use or not.- Re: Kidney stones #38782

MoreThis is a reply to # 1,083,827Golden Rod (in Spanish "Vara de Oro") a herb is supposed to be good for getting rid of kidney stones. Have´nt tried it out because thank the Lord I don´t need to. Would be interesting to hear if this actually works as they say on the internet. Google in "Golden Rod" and thats where I got this info.

I've been using a heating pad on mine, because I've been throwing up and cannot hold down my pain meds. It seems to ease the pain somewhat. I've heard that lemon juice in water helps, and am just starting that. A friend of mine passed all his drinking cranberry juice, and swears by it. This is a reply to # 1,115,105Chanca piedra (aka Bhumi Amalaki) can be found at kalyx.com. I normally buy every herb from mountainroseherbs.com located in Oregon, but they dont' seem to have it. I really recommend MRH because their stuff is top quality and all of it is under their name, rather than a place like Kalyx which is just a distributer of many different brands.
Chanca piedra is said to remove stones, yes, I'm sure. Also, gold coin grass (lysmachia) does for sure as well, and I know this from experience.

This is a reply to # 1,083,827I don't know about a cure but I know Renavive works. It's all natural and contains Celery seed extract as well as chanca piedra among many other effective ingredients for kidney stones. A friend of mine had extremely painful kidney stones and took this product. I know it helped him with the pain and it also broke the stone down and flushed it out of his system. My friend swears by this product. I think the site is http://www.renavive.com
but you can just google renavive if I'm wrong. Good luck with your stones...
