I did the HCG diet and i just want to tell you guys that it is the best diet i have ever tried. I know why the FDA has been trying to prevent Kevin from telling people about this diet. There will be no reason for anyone to get gastric bypass or use diet pills after trying this diet. It was kind of hard keeping to the low calorie diet but i never lost 20 pounds in one month like i did with hcg diet. Before when i dieted i could lose 6-8 pounds if i starved myself for a month. But kevins diet makes you lose a min of 15-20 if you stick to the diet. Men lose 20-30 it seems like. It's amazing. good luck.Advertisement

I am not affiliated with this website, I am just trying to get the word out because I lost 14 pounds in 18 days. I lost 3 1/2 inches off my waist. I was not overweight, just at the high end of my BMI (I am 5'8" and weighed 155). I now am 141 lbs and on the maintenance phase. I just have to watch my starches/carbs, but even the starvation diet wasn't that bad. (well my boyfriend said I was crabby!!).
I actually do sell detox foot pads, the best detox pads out there on the market.
