Hi Kebod and other OP lovers,
I have to tell you something. Yesterday I had an appointment with a doctor who does a blood test, called living blood analysis (don't know how to translate it properly, but I hope you know what I mean). Well, like every morning I OPed for 20 minutes around 07.00AM, I only drank some water because I had to stay sober (couldn't eat). My appointment was at 09.00AM. When the doctor was examining my blood, he saw something he couldn't believe: I almost had no toxins in my blood! He had never seen something like that! So, yep, Oil Pulling does draw the toxins out of the blood . I felt really good, just to know that OP really helps detoxing...
and a subsequent post:
It was a total coincidence that he said that, because I am OPing for a while now and for me it is a routine and I wasn't thinking about the benefits of detoxing until he said he almost didn't find any toxins in my blood. Funny that he mentioned it. I am OPing since the beginning of your first post (I don't know exactly, but it was around that time. I was curious and wanted to try it). I OP with sesame oil or sunflower oil. And yes, you may post my experience on the oil pulling forum! I am thrilled to help someone and to proove this is really helping to detox the body and as a result to feel healthy. Now, I also have to say that OP didn't help my KP, it made my arms feel smoother, but I mainly have the redness and OP didn't help me for that one, but in general I like OPing, just to know that it helps me as a natural cleanser...
