It's been quite a long time since I have posted here.

I wanted to let you all know about my website that I have recently created.

It is a collection of all of the information that I have learned over the years in dealing with my disease, Cystic Fibrosis. It gives examples of things that work and things that don't work and gives you specific things to do in order to keep yourself healthy and strong while living with this disease.

For the past 5 years I have been searching for a natural cure for my disease and some of what I have found has been extremely helpful, while most of the things I have tried have turned out to hurt me more in the long run.

It is my goal that if somebody came to this website and searched for Cystic Fibrosis that they would come across this article and find my information. The reason for this is because if I were to come across this information when I first began my search it would have saved me a lot of pain and suffering and given me hope that there are ways to make yourself better while living with this disease.
