Hi All! I have posted this in the PMS forum too, because I want those guys to see it too.
I have been having molasses every day for about 6 weeks, and now that I am 2 days into my second period in that time, I can conclusively and confidently report that I had nearly no PMS at all. I had minor fluid retention, fantastic happy moods, great energy, good digestion and no pain and almost no clotting at all (sorry boys, but keep reading). ;P
This is really significant for me. The most amazing thing is that in the whole month I had only one not mega big GB attack! This hasn't happened since my last long fast, that I can remember. Prior months I have had 2 or 3 (or more) GB attacks per week, with the 2 weeks of PMS being daily severe continuous pain and at least 3 mega bad GB attacks right before the period starts.
The only time I felt bad was briefly when I stupidly ate a cashew nut ( I can't eat nuts ), but that would normally develop into a mega attack and it didn't!! =D
My family are blown away at how healthy I am!!! =D
Every day I have been having hot drinks of a globby heaped teaspoon of black strap molasses with a half teaspoon or so of freshly ground (doesn't have to be freshly ground) cinnamon. I drink this as often as I feel like throughout the day. Usually I would say I am having 4 - 6 of these hot drinks per day. My body has been very efficiently dictating how much I need.
Both cinnamon and BSM have been used for PMS and other hormonal issues with much success by others. I had no idea it would have such a great effect on my liver/GB issues. I should add that the attacks I have have not been conclusively proven to be GB attacks, docs say they could be GB or Biliary attacks. Either way I have found something that makes life so so so much better!!!! =D

There are lots of impressive testimonials there, and I had no idea it would work so well, but I am really happy!! I hope you can all benefit from this!! =D
The last week I am also doing UT, and at a time of the month when my back usually becomes way more tense and painful, it seems to be very gently and subtly loosening up!
Peace
