They are a rare breed. Ego is huge in corporations, as is secrecy and paranoia. And those little managers, with those big egos, that take all their frustrations out on a few employees. It's sick.

I worked for 5 years with the Japanese. Although quite a different structure, once your work there, you have a job for life! They never give up on an employee....you may find yourself finally shining someone's shoes, but you'll still be working. So different from here. People are expendable.

I am endlessly fascinated with the relationship of women in the workplace, especially women of different generations. Someday I'll write a book.....
