You are not the only A to have that problem (though mine is the opposite).
You can still eat rice, and bread if it is 100 percent rye or spelt. Plus lentils and some types of legumes. Amaranth and quinoa are also calorically dense. And make sure to get your good fats (ghee, olive oil, walnut oil). You can have some ricotta, mozarella and yogurt.
