I doubt the argument about the superiority of distilled water will ever be settled. People who are against it believe all the minerals in hard water are good for you. Those who believe in using distilled water believe that since the minerals in hard water are basically dissolved rock and very little can be utilized by the body. I am a firm believer that distilled water is the best thing for drinking. Also the best minerals are from plant sources, not rocks. Still, I have to accept that there will always be those who disagree.
