With all the talk about soy on here, I have a question. Does anyone know if eating edamame (fresh soybeans) is good or bad? I love it and tend to eat it a lot. Thanks.
Since it's soy, it should be good for type A. I love edamame too! Some people have trouble digesting soy and prefer fermented soy products like tempeh or miso, but if you're enjoying it with no troubles, then it sounds to me like it's working for you!
