Happy Holidays fellow AFibber's,

Another year has past (well in a few hours anyway) and here we are trying to find better ways to deal with AF... of course for me, over the holidays, I must really AVOID the temptations to have more than 1 or 2 social drinks at the various parties I am invited to. The biggest stressor this year was xmas SHOPPING... OMG but it really wiped me out and my AF certainly let me know about it. As we reach into a new year I hope that new AFibbers find this site and start making posts... we need to stick together.
