Can Type A's do the Master Cleanse? I am concerned about the Cayenne Pepper. I love the stuff, but I understand Type A's should not have Cayenne Pepper?

MoreThis is a reply to # 10,731Cayenne was one of the really hard ones for me, too. But, in time, I have come to believe it really is an avoid for me.
What I do with The Master Cleanser is use ground ginger powder instead.
