Well for me i just simply eat according to the glycemic load of a food, the glycemic index is different, i would say it's not as accurate as the glycemic load of a food, it's pretty simple really i just cut out all the foods that are in the high range, mostly it means fruit, rice is in there, etc. You can still eat them but they have to be pretty small portions and not very often. This wasn't a big change for me really because i'm already vegan and raw along with the
Blood Type Diet , so i'm used to restrictions. Supposedly i'll be able to reduce my reaction to high glycemic foods through
Liver Flushing and such, we shall see, just finished my 6th today. For me hypoglycemia makes me very tired, I'll eat a ton of fruit that spikes my blood
Sugar and then i come crashing down, blah. Hope that helps at all :)
