Mini
I have been flushing for three years now every 2-4 weeks and gotten out 35,000 stones. (Before you ask me if I'm eating bacon cheeseburgers for breakfast, I should mention it is not due to diet but because I have had Addison's Disease since I was a kid and this causes
liver stones .)
I have figured out that some Epsoms salts are stronger than others. About two years ago, suddenly I was only flushing out tiny and small stones, I could feel a gushing after taking the grapefruit juice/olive oil, and I wouldn't get the normal relief of symptoms after a flush until more stones descended and blocked the main liver duct again. Instead I was getting sicker and having terrible back spasms (when the main duct is blocked, it cuts off blood circulation to different parts of the back and causes spasms.)I finally realized the
Epsom Salts were the problem, they were weaker than before. I bought a new brand and flushed out tons of huge stones--no more gushing, no more back spasms, and once again I got relief of symptoms.
But then a year ago, the same problem occured. Because I thought I had solved the problem by switching brands I figured I had a huge stone stuck in the main duct and it took me this long to realize it was once again the
Epsom Salts . I realized the strength did not depend on the brand but on the batch.
Does anyone have any suggestions on how to test the strength of
Epsom Salts ? Or have recommendations of brands they have used that have never let them down? (After 67 flushes, half of which only half-worked due to weak Epsom slats, I am sure you can understand I am not keen on doing a lot more flushes for nothing while trying various Epsom salts through trial and error...)
Thanks for your help!
