Sometimes it's easier for people to focus on what they don't want. But you know with LOA, whatever your dominant focus is what you get - the wanted or unwanted or the lack of it.
So here's an example of creating clarity through the contrast that you are living:
WHAT YOU DON'T WANT:
I don't want to be sick anymore
WHAT YOU DO WANT:
I want to be well.
WHY YOU WANT IT:
I love waking up with loads of energy and enthusiasm for the day ahead. I love the feeling of the wind in my hair as I run on the beach. I love the feeling of being able to do anything I want. I so enjoy the speed I am able to accomplish tasks. It makes me so full of joy to be able to do everything in a bouncy way. (etc.)
Now, spend a little time each day visualising what you want. As long as you can see it and feel it, believe it and expect it, it has to come. You may get some inspired action thrown in .. take it and move on it.
You can work with all areas of your life (money, work, relationships, body etc.) and start to focus and visualise all that you want to attract.
