This Kefir you can get most anywhere even ebay for $4 is self growing gel like substance and free way to produce a yogurt from whole milk ( just google milk kefir or water kefir . This substance works out to be virtually free to make at home (take 2 mins prep leave for 24 hours in a luke warm place or room temp ) Kefir has 50 strains of bacteria and 50 strains of fungus that the gut and bowels love, both the fungus and bacteria then produce lots of natural vitamins and enzymes from the digestion of the foods you eat, keeping anarobic bacteria away too.
I would say from all evidence your pure water is a good idea as it flushes you out with the purest type of water . I think the best way if you do not have access to pure water with a high alkaline PH is to make distilled water. there are load of methods to produce it cheap at home using a modified kettle $20 of equip or better still a old used modified pressure cooker. goto youtube for tutorials. Miracle-Mineral-Supplement is a chlorine so it would still be best to avoid mixing it with standard municipal chlorinated tap water as it is loaded with about 250 to 600 Parts per million contaminates.compared to pure water has 5 to 10 and a high Alkaline PH . other options to make pure ware are 5 stage (RO) Reverse osmosis water filer (must be RO and 5 stage or 3 satge at least . RO is cheap as it needs NO energy supply other than the water pressure from your water supply . However distilling water can be made cheap and free if you use wood burner to heat the pan . otherwise you need to run a machine that is like small kettle for a few hours and that can work out a little expensive . I found that 5 stage RO Reverse osmosis devices that hook up to the municipal water supply are outstandingly cheap and I also found that the filters last 5 to 10 times longer than they say they do. I got 6 years out of my set and still were producing only 15 parts per million contaminants .but for price of device and ease to make the distiller is outstanding and produces as good water but will not remove petroleum or plastic so the bought versions come with a carbon filter at the 1st stage to remove these contaminants, adding a small fee per 3 month for replacement filter. The Bought Distillers can go as cheap as £45 or $60 the RO 5 stage filters cost about $150 to $200 but you can pay for filters that magnetically separate water from polluted water for $2000 so if you have the money then they are great as they are portable to move from home to home and also ionize the water to make its PH perfect but I am not sure if its worth the money as I have never seen a double blind test done on one compared to RO or distilled water.
