It can definetly be a challenge living with multiple blood types in the house, but there are recipes that will help alleviate this, it is certainly not the easiest thing in the world though. Spelt bread is much like wheat but it doesn't usually cause the same reaction so most people can tollerate it fine, i would personally recommend that you shoot for ezekiel or another sprouted grain because these are considered "live" gains and are much better for you.
