This is my first time to do The Master Cleanse and I'm on day 14. I'm trying to decide if I should stop or go on another week. I am still eliminating some waste. Also, I'm not sure that my tongue has turned pink. It never got extremely white (although I used a tongue scraper each day to prevent build up) but still seems to be a little bit white. I have done the tea every night, but have done the salt water about half of the mornings (when I'm home all morning).

So how will I know if I'm clean?

I have to admit that the fast has been much easier than I expected it to be. I had really planned for the fast to be for cleansing before dieting to loose a few pounds. If I go on for another week, I may have lost all that I need to and my diet can be to maintain. I understand that I will gain some water weight immediately when I stop the lemonade. How much should I expect to gain?
