Healthy and not even trying to have one? What do you think can trigger it then? I don't have OBE's anymore but I used to have them more often when I was hooked up into the new wave religion called 'Eckankar' and when I was really really depressed and lonely back then. I would have these strange experiences when I wasn't even trying. I would hear the buzzing/mechanical noises, see parts of my vibrational self separate from physical such as my hand and it looked starry and transparent like, seeing through my closed eyelids and so forth. I remember once that waist on up separated from physical body and I felt a painful tug in the solar plexus area which must have meant that I couldn't completely separate the whole self. I saw my carcass-like shell body lying on the bed but I didn't feel anything special. I mean I didn't feel as if I had separated. I felt really normal. Well just my weird experiences I guess that I wanted to share.
