Sorry not to answer sooner. This has been discussed a lot various other places (there were two yahoo lists for type A and O, but one disappeared and the other is not so active these days - the type O list is the one still there, but maybe you could check their archives to see if anything is there) so I wasn't sure who was hanging around here. Type A and O are a common combination, and once you get used to it there is a fair amount you can do (type B and AB are enough different that it become more complicated, IMHO). Most people trade off from night to night who gets their beneficials and who gets there neutrals. There are some things beneficial to both (fish mostly in the protein department) some veggies and fruits. Do you have the BTD Encyclopedia? The way the food list is set up there makes it very easy to compare. There is also a discussion board at dadamo.com where I believe there has been some discussion on this.
