You should be very happy with 2 lbs a week, any more than that on a regular basis is not healthy. We all would like to melt away to our goal weight over night but that is just not realistic or safe. 2 lbs a week gives you time to learn an new lifestyle because that is what it has to be to be a perminent weight loss. Look at those you know that have lost a lot of weight fast and did not learn anything by doing it and then turned around and gained the all the weight back and then some.
Be proud of what you have accomplished so far and be paitent for the rest to come off at no more than 2
lbs. a week. Keep up the good work.
