Personally, I am not a big fan of veganism . . . which is what a raw food plan is for most people. But blood type A, according to Dr. D'Adamo, is best suited for vegetarianism. Presumably type A needs less protein and fat. And it would certainly be very possible to follow the recommendations for type A within the framework of a raw food plan (especially if you added some raw milk and a raw egg and maybe even some raw salmon now and then [that's my recommendation, not the blood type plan's]).
