Wonderful news, Indiana! You have accomplished a lot!
Unfortunately, I'm currently having to take an antibiotic for bronchitis, and of course I'm very nervous. I'm taking the antibiotic at night and probiotics and yogurt in the morning in hopes that I'll be able to skate out of this without any candida problems. I'm also taking Garden of Life's Fungal Defense, and I'm planning to step up my usual six-month Humaworm cleanse to 90-days to be safe (which will be January 23, 2008.) I may even begin taking Nystatin again as a precaution. I'm not sure about taking the Nystatin yet, though. So far everything seems to be O.K., and I'll certainly know if I start getting into trouble again candida-wise.
By the way, have you ever done, or considered doing, a liver flush? I've never done one before, but lately I've been thinking about it more, especially after parasite cleansing with Humaworm. I've been gathering some simpler, seemingly less challenging flushes than the traditional epsom salts flush. Here are some examples:
This flush is from Dr. Sutter's forum, and some of the posters there really like it:

And here's a flush called a mini-flush:

And here's one using lime juice and eggs:

And here is a flush that was posted on the Master Cleanse forum:

Here is a flush that uses olive oil and ginger root:

And finally, here is something as simple as a salad:

And then there is also the P&B shake:

Do you have any thoughts about liver flushing? If so, I would really appreciate hearing them!
Thanks!
