Actually, I saw on TV - one of those myth debunker shows, that people actually light themselves on fire by accident, like from a lighter or match of something. Flesh, once is starts to burn, is just like the fat of an animal. Once it's started, it doesn't stop.

It's a myth. I think they've proved it's not real. So relax.
